What Happens During Your Free Consultation
We’ll spend about 45 minutes going through your bookkeeping setup. Bring whatever you have: QuickBooks files, bank statements, that Excel spreadsheet you’ve been updating (or not updating). There’s no judgment here. I’ve seen it all, from businesses doing pretty well to complete messes that haven’t reconciled in two years.
During our meeting, we’ll look at your current system and identify the biggest problems. Maybe your categories are all wrong. Maybe you’ve been mixing personal and business expenses. Or maybe everything’s fine except you’re three months behind on data entry because running your business takes all your time.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll walk out knowing what needs fixing and roughly how much time or money it’ll take to fix it. If you’re doing okay on your own, I’ll tell you that too. Some businesses just need a quarterly check-in, not full service bookkeeping.
We’ll also talk about whether QuickBooks is right for you or if there’s a better option. A lot of contractors here in Tucson are using software that’s way too complicated for what they actually need.
